Dodec · Established 2007

Church Consulting for Leaders, Teams, and Families.

Dodec helps churches strengthen production and technology, family ministry, leadership, and staff culture so their people can serve well.

About Dodec

Working Together Since 2007

Churches are built by people, and sustained by the systems that support them.

Dodec Consulting grew from a desire to help churches of different sizes and denominations reach their potential. Sam Cornwell brings production and technology experience. Delia Cornwell brings family ministry and next generation leadership.

Our work connects the systems a church relies on with the people those systems serve. That includes coaching leaders, strengthening staff culture, and helping teams work together through change.

Six Ways We Support Churches

Choose the challenge you’re working through. We’ll help identify a useful next step.

Ways to work together

Start with a Clear Scope

We’ll match the work to the people and decisions involved.

Assessment and plan

See What Needs Attention

Review a ministry or technical challenge with the right leaders, then sort urgent needs from work that can wait.

Take away: shared priorities and a practical next step.

Plan and Carry Out Change

Bring support to an upgrade, ministry transition, or team initiative, from defining the scope through training and handoff.

Take away: decisions, roles, and follow-up shaped around the project.

Leadership development

Build Stronger Teams

Coach a leader or train a team around healthy structure, communication, volunteer care, and the work they do each week.

Take away: a focus for the team and steps to put it into practice.

How an Engagement Begins

  1. 01Tell us what is happening

Share the church context, the people involved, and the decision or challenge.

  2. 02Meet the right person

We’ll identify whether Sam, Delia, or both should be part of the conversation.

  3. 03Agree on the work

Set the scope, format, and useful outcome before moving ahead.

  4. 04Put the plan to work

Work alongside your leaders and follow up as the changes take hold.
